Deceased December 17, 2003 Batavia - Gerald W. Ellingham, 56, of Batavia, co-owner of Old Creek Upholstery and who was an avid outdoorsmanfisherman, boater, and builder, died suddenly Wednesday (Dec 17, 2003) at his home. Mr. Ellingham was born Dec. 29, 1946 in Batavia, a son of the late Henry and Carmelita Blatt Ellingham. He was a 1965 graduate of Pembroke High school. He loved going to his Adirondack cabin in Wanakona and enjoyed
antique car restoration. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Elam Ellingham whom he married June 20, 1981; a son Joseph Melissa Ellingham of Woodside, two daughters, Kate Ellingham and Norah Ellingham of Batavia; five brothers, Robert (Sandra) Ellingham of Elba, Ronald (Josie) Ellingham of Stafford, David (Ellie) Ellingham of Rochester, James (Joan) Ellingham of Las Vegas and Timothy (Maureen) Ellingham of Rochester; a sister Mary (Raymond) Skeet of Alexander and nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 1-3pm Saturday at H>e. Turner and Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main St. where services will follow. Memorials may be made to the family.
