Our Typical Reunion Weekend

FAlumni Weekend 2015 (details tba)

Alumni Dinner

The Alumni Dinner is always organized by the 50th year class. They would have inducted at 45th year since graduation have enjoyed five alumni reunion dinner gala's in preparation for the 'hosting year'. Everyone who attended Corfu-Pembroke High School, their friends, and their significant others are invited to the Friday Evening Gathering. Place, menu, program, and cost varies every year as designed by the Host Class preparation and planning Committee. In the past, there have been raffles, Chinese auctions, live bidding auctions, basket bids, money trees and local give-a-ways to raise money.

Class of 1965 Banquet

This event is only for the class of 1965 but includes friends, spouses, significant others, and classmates who dropped out along the way. Everyone understands that family’s moved as well as many other reasons not to be there for the last year of school in Pembroke left some without a country so to speak, and we hope you will consider all of us friends worthy of your attendance. If you remember ever being in class with someone who graduated in 1965, you are one of us and we welcome you! The Saturday dinner is a casual planned occasion. In the past there has been a social hour, formal program, sit down dinner, a lot of sharing and reminiscing. Some of the gatherings have gone on late into the wee hours. Other classes are welcome, but it is primarily a Class of ‘65 gathering.

Picnic on Sunday

The Sunday Picnic is a very casual gathering. Not formal and certainly no suit or tie. Everyone brings a dish to pass and the committee (often Linda Rindell herself) prepares a huge assortment of hamburgers and hot dogs for enjoyment. As long as there is no rainstorm, (see photos from 1990 picnic) lots of chatting, jokes, and 'I recalls' are offered up for consideration all afternoon. Other classes are welcome, but it is primarily a Class of ‘65 gathering.
